Mentorship Training
Sower Institute for Biblical Discipleship, in partnership with ACE & Consulting, equips believers with the biblical frameworks and practical skills to mentor effectively.
Grounded in Scripture, this training explores mentoring through the lens of Genesis 1:28 and Romans 12:8, equipping participants with a biblical worldview to influence both the marketplace and the church.
Across 8 modules, the curriculum progresses from biblical foundations to practical application, enabling participants to mentor with confidence through a clear process that reduces ambiguity and maximizes spiritual and professional fruitfulness
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
By the end of this programme, trainees will:
• Understand the foundations and essence of mentoring & roles of a mentor
• Develop essential mentoring skills
• Supporting mentee development and navigate challenges

Dr David Ang, PBM
Dr. David Ang is the Founding CEO of ACE & Consulting, mentoring executives and advising organizations across business, community, and faith sectors. A former Regional Managing Director of Veolia, a multinational corporation, he brings extensive leadership, governance, and enterprise transformation experience. He has served in senior roles across charities and church leadership, including Chairman of CaringSG Ltd, and is passionate about developing leaders and raising mentors to serve the wider Body of Christ.
